I am committed to helping people to help nature wherever they live and work. My aim through Vision Wild is to realize more conservation success stories, championed by local people. I do this by working closely with land managers and project teams to achieve BIGGER and BETTER project results, specifically for species and habitat recovery.
In this period of uncertainty and social distancing, I have adapted Vision Wild's services to work for people working from home and to minimise social contact.
Now is an excellent time to take stock of your conservation project and look ahead to think about how you can adapt, improve and fundraise for your work.
SUPPORT FOR LAND MANAGERS & CONSERVATION ORGANISATIONS>
As a qualified project manager, I offer a range of services for land owners, wildlife conservation NGO's and estate managers. I provide the expertise to get projects off the ground from planning and fundraising through to delivery and monitoring.
I always deliver cost-effective, pragmatic solutions that fit the needs of the people I work with. I use proven frameworks and effective tools to improve the conservation impact of species and landscape projects.
Key services I'm offering at this time include>
-
**Coming Soon** 'Sow' work kits; low costs work packs filled with exercises designed to help you improve your project planning, implementation and management. A dedicated work package from approximately £15
-

'Roots' virtual project management retreat; an 7-week online programme designed for conservation project managers who struggle to find time for strategic planning. The programme combines a carefully curated course and one-on-one coaching. The complete course will be on introductory offer, costing £137 (or three separate payments).
My services apply to all stages of a project's lifetime, and can be used to (for example); improve the impact of long-term projects; decide rescue interventions for difficult projects; or, design initiatives with land managers from scratch, providing solid foundations for new projects.
